Took the TXFishes pontoon boat to Cedar Creek June 16.

 

Wind was howling, but we caught several white bass and undersized hybred striped bass schooling before dark.  Then the fun began.

 

We landed close to 100 white bass, a couple undersizes hybreds, and Donny finally landed a legal hybred on the fly.   That baby hybred owned him.   Complete pandamonium  for 10 + minutes.

4 spotted gar were landed, a couple channel catfish, and a lost largemouth.

Countless Yellow bass, even using big flies to avoid them.

Brilliant trip, need to go back soon.
